active Tiles or roads not looking correct (only in Ontario,Canada)

I have been trying to find a correction for this problem but no luck so far.

Any help would be appreciated I have attached a picture to show the problem but it is only in Ontario, Canada?

You can see the road lines stopping and starting all over the Province of Ontario?
