FSS/ORBX licence transfer.

I have tried to get the transfer issue solved .

 

Having entered the Flightsimstore email and pressed FSS transfer key, I get the following answer:

 

"An error has occurred when trying to send the licence transfer request to the Flightsim Store. Customer email address not found".

 

Both ORBX and Flightsim Store have my email address  -  kingccj@zeta.org.au 

 

Thank you for any assistance.

Hi iRex,

 

            Looking at your account, I notice you have four of Dvd's, we are currently working on implementing a Transfer Service to Download format, this will incur a small fee. As to the other products that are downloads, please take a look at the Guide JV posted some time ago that will walk you through the process below.
