300CBi Posted May 20, 2017 Share Posted May 20, 2017 Hello, I need Some Help, Yesterday I successfully bought Orbx EU England and initiated the download to my PC. The download began well at around 4 MB/s and continued successfully for several hours with the speed diminishing progressively. Eventually, after about 17 hours it was still about 15 hours from completing and so I left everything running and went to bed. This morning when I got up FTX Central was showing an error message saying "An unexpected error occurred. Please send Orbx staff the %LocalAppData%\Orbx\ftx3.log. I have not been able to do this and I would welcome your guidance. I used the Windows 10 search facility to search in This PC for %LocalAppData%\Orbx\ftx3.log and got the response "No items found to match your search". Please can you advise how I should proceed?
