Cushman Meadows Textures not right after install and reinstall

My Cushman Meadows install is not correct.  I have great installs on every other payware ORBX product - what have I done wrong on this one?  Blurries and extremely dark textures don't seem right.  Is this truly what it is supposed to look like?  Cushman Meadows Blurries.jpg
