active LOWI - failed purchase?

Dear ORBX team,

 

of course I wanted to purchase Innsbruck immediately after release. I've tried so, but obviously this has failed. I've entered my payment data as usual. After finishing the process the green checkbox at the bottom of the payment window was shown, but then the site didn't load ("This site cannot be shown..." or whatever exactly would be shown in the English Windows version). In FTX Central v3 it is shown grey as "not purchased". Can you find out if my payment has succeded or failed? Have you got an idea what could have been wrong?

 

I didn't try to purchase it again of course, as I only want to pay once, and I'm not sure what's the current status (green checkbox?!).
