active PAJN, Juneau Int'l - cleared to land water

Hello,

So as indicated above when flying in to FTX_AA_PAJN, VFR at least to Rwy 26, I am always cleared to land 'water'. 

When I touch down in my land based plane, on the 'actual' runway, I am asked to contact ground immediately.

Not sure how to change this, there doesn't seem to be an option to choose a different runway in the ATC popup dialogue.

 

I am a bit confused by the Approach Procedure that is perpendicular to the runway center point. It seems to be RNAV (GPS) V Rwy 08, but in no way does it line you up for Rwy 08. It appears to line you up for an arpt beyond the airport boundary. The LDA X Rwy 08 approach seems to be ok.

Any ideas?

I think I found the work around to be when you call to request to land. It bases you off of which you are closer too the water or land runway. Try to apporach or make your call when you are more on the North east side of the runway center line and see if that helps. I know, not the best answer.
