FTX Central does not install products in the simulator

I installed FTX Global by FTX Central but in my simulator the same is not appearing. (Prepar3d v3)

I enter the simulator and there is nothing of Orbx in the library. (Nor any changes in the soil))

In the Prepar3d folder the Orbx folder exists normally.

I tested with FTX Global and ED BH (orbx) freeware...

What do I do?

Hi Douglas.Matos

There is no problem with your FTX Global Base installation.

It will not appear in the Scenery Library the way you think it is, because it is the simple substitution of the default textures located in this folder, more than 17 Gb.

Ok, anyway for your id you should have downloaded from orbxdiriect.com.

1. In this case see if you have this FTX_GLOBAL_BASE_PACK.txt file in this folder  ~\Prepar3D v3\ORBX\User Documents\Versions  . If so, put ".off" at the end the file (without the quotation marks) like this, see: FTX_GLOBAL_BASE_PACK.txt.OFF

2. Go to this folders and delete the ".migrated" files:

a. ~\Prepar3D v3\Texture\.migrated

b. ~\Prepar3D v3\Scenery\.migrated

3. Reopen FTX Central v3 and reinstall FTX Global Base using the method that is best for you. See:

FTXGLOBALBASEREINSTAL 1.jpg

This will force the FTX Global Base re-install or complete the missing files.

@Voyager

Negative, I do not have the Orbxlibs.

Should I install it first? In the case now, do I uninstall FTX Global to install the Orbxlibs or can I install it normally?

(I downloaded it via the manual download option).

I will do the procedure you suggested as soon as you get home (I'm at work)

Thank you for your attention.

@Douglas.Matos "(I downloaded it via the manual download option)".

Understanding now.

In that case that's why you could not install.

You must install this download through FTX Central v3.

1. To do this you should open the orbxdirect.com webpage and in the upper right corner, grab FTX Central v3, downolad and install it.

2. Then you will open it and show where is the download of the FTX Global Base, which it will install. Look:

a.

FTX GLOBA BASE WHERE IS DOWNLOADING FILE not installed.jpg

b.

FTX GLOBA BASE WHERE IS DOWNLOADING zip FILE.jpg

Do that and info if ok.

@Viajante

I did just that, I downloaded it by manual mode, came a .zip file

I placed the file in a temporary folder, opened the FTX Central and selected the mode "install from my manually downloaded .zip".

The same appears as installed (as informed before) but no change in itself in the simuador, this is the problem...

For FTX Global Base you do not need Orbxlibs.

However, to run any other Orbx add-on, even the freeware, you will need. In this case install the Orbxlibs, you do not need to uninstall anything.

After installing Orbxlibs, do the procedure from my n # 7 post above  and run the simulator to see how it stayed.
