Mossie14
I have noticed there are trees in the middle of the runway at UK airport EGKH-Headcorn. I have re-run Global Vector but the problem persists. If I lower the Autogen Scenery to sparse one tree still remains. The higher the Autogen setting the more trees appear. I have EU England scenery pack installed. Any suggestions?
Bassman
I don't think that trees are a vector issue (moderators may care to confirm or otherwise?) . In my experience, trees on runways are either a default FSX issue or a duplicated airfield issue. For instance I recently installed some OZx Torres Strait Islands scenery and found excess trees at Kobin (YKUB). I searched and found a duplicated YKUB in another third party scenery, I amended the file names by adding .bak (rather than deleting) and lo and behold offending trees gone. Suggest you search your scenery folders for any duplicated airports. Hope this helps.
Mossie14
I've searched but can't find any duplicate files for this airport-EGKH.
Bassman
Sounds like a default FSX matter then. I always carry a chainsaw when I fly, just for those rare occasions. I tried using my props once but that was a disaster
