Wakashi Posted December 20, 2016 Share Posted December 20, 2016 I believe that it refers to the Flight Dynamics control panel located in the Lancair IVP-4 user guide. It lets you change the steering options, you can find the Product Control Panel in FTX Central under your aircraft if you have it. Hope this helps.
