Then i start the FSS-licenses transfer in my account profile. Now, i should receive a mail with further instructions, but i have been received an email yet. Is there another step to proceed? Richard Lincoln Posted December 15, 2016 Share Posted December 15, 2016 Hello Claus, Have you checked your Spam Folder, sometimes they may land in there, also while you are at it perhaps check Malware and Virus protection are not blocking any FTX Orbx emails.
