active Open LC for North America

I am 87 yrs. old so i have other people do downloads for me. The Open LC for North America appears to be functioning in the game, it shows up in the scenery menu inside FSX, but it doesn't appear as installed inside of FTX Central v3. A lot of missing buildings and popups all over. Open LC for Europe also appears to be installed in the game but also doesn' show as installed in FTX Central v3. Both are greyed out whereas the Global Base,Vectors and Libs are lit up as expected. I would have assumed it would light up like the rest of the installed packages. Do you have any insight into this?
