active FTX AI aircraft duplicates

Hello, could not find an appropriate forum after search.

 

I normally leave the previous iteration of FTX traffic alone as it works well.  However, after seeing the update in FTXC-3 I update.  After doing so, there were many, many errors declaring duplicated entries.  Seems like most were big jets. 

 

Please advise when there is time, and thanks for the package.

The cleanup script in the FTX AU AI Traffic installer will remove all prior versions of the pack before installing the new one. This should work fine if all your previous AI aircraft are still in the default SimObjects/Airplanes folder. If they have been relocated to another folder, then the cleanup script will be unable to locate them and they will remain resulting in duplicates.

 

It could also mean the cleanup script has simply not worked as it should.

 

the easiest way to resolve your issue is to manually delete all the FTX AI aircraft from your SimObjects folders and run the installer again. The relevant AI aircraft should be easy to find as each will start with the folder name FTX AU.

I'm very familiar with your FTX AU AI, thanks for the program.

 

I attempted to uninstall to start over, but got an FTXC3 error.  I've attached the log.
