active ORBX-Folder in FSX empty

I just posted my problem in the German forum, nevertheless the feedback might be faster and better also using this english spoken forum.

I just hope i´m doing everything according to the forum rules.

I just realized today all my ORBX-Links on my desktop are dead.

FTX Aero FSX, FTX Night, FTX Day, YMML Control Panel (FSX), FTX Central and ORBX YBBN Control Panel (FSX).

When starting FSX ORBX\FTX_AU\FTXAU48_CUSTOM\SCENERY in Szenerie Area.125 cannot be found. The same goes for

ORBX\FTX_AU\FTXAU46_SHORES\SCENERY in Szenerie Area.126,

ORBX\FTX_AU\FTXAU45_SCENERY\SCENERY in Szenerie Area.127,

ORBX\FTX_AU\FTXAU38_CUSTOM\SCENERY in Szenerie Area.128,

ORBX\FTX_AU\FTXAU36_SHORES\SCENERY in Szenerie Area.129,

ORBX\FTX_AU\FTXAU35_SCENERY\SCENERY in Szenerie Area.130,

ORBX\FTX_AU\FTXAU28_CUSTOM\SCENERY in Szenerie Area.131,

I´ve got  Australia SP 4 plus the sceneries of Melbourne, Cairns and Brisbane, all legally purchased at Flightsim Store.

The ORBX-Folder inside the FSX-Folder is empty! I havn´t cleared it.

 

What happened here and how am I going to get the software working again?

Hello Starsky,

 

                      Honestly I do not think there is a better fix other than Re- installing your Orbx products, please do not forget to run the Latest Libraries after your products are installed. You could also try running the silent configurator in your FSX/ORBX/SCRIPTS Folder. Not sure if that will work but it is worth a try. And finally perhaps the Registry may be lost, also worth the effort for peace of mind

Also please make sure of the below hen installing.

 Turn UAC to Off

 Run the installers as Administrator
