mmglads
Just found this Rapide from Dave Garwood with an Aussie repaint - I just love flying this, so slow & elegant. I took my first "tourist" flight in one of these from Silverstone Aerodrome in the UK more years ago than I care to remember. Just thought I'd post these whilst having a slow, quiet tour around the Far North Coast. There is an issue with the VC on this repaint as it's really for FS9, but I've written to the repaint author & hopefully he will be able to sort it. alan2
Hi Malcolm, I have a Dave Garwood Rapide but notice that it is a different model. Im wondering if you could give the download address so that I can compare to see if there is an improvement involved. Cheers
squeeker
Malcolm. Great pics. I'm a huge fan of this aircraft too. Where did you find the repaint? I'd love to add it to my Dragon stable.

mmglads
Hi Alan, here's a link - there are others, but this one works well - http://www.compilots.com/downloads/details.php?image_id=471&mode=search - if you go to this site: http://www.cbfsim.org/cbfsim/cbfsBB/index.php - you should find the repaints as well. On a positive note, I've just heard from Peter Watkins in the UK, who is going to convert his Aussie repaints from FS9 to FSX. I'll keep you posted! Can't stop smiling when I'm flying this, it is so light & graceful, no rush at all - I'll put some more pics up soon. Thanks to everyone else for the interest, keep the "Dragon" flying, eh? Cheers, Malcolm. P.S. Of course, with the staggering amount of talent on this forum (hint hint ) I wouldn't be surprised to see some more repaints - Aussie style!
