active Order of scenery in Scenery Library

I moved some things around in my scenery library and I think it messed up my add on scenery. Now every-once in a while I'll see floating houses,or trees on the runway, night lighting disappears and reappears often,and the ground becomes blurry often. All this has started to happen ever since I moved things around in my Scenery Library. Can somebody please tell me the correct order of which my scenery library should be. I only moved things that are circled in red in the picture.

make sure you have the latest library files installed

 

run FTX Central and it should sort it out "Automagically"
