Tim Harris
Turn it off Jack, its nothing more than a microsoft beta test (hence "preview"), it was never implemented properly, and is not supported I have DX11/DX10 yet I still run in DX9 mode as that's what FSX was made for you may get better performance but it comes at a cost, as a lot of things wont work properly in that mode Like JohnV says: Cockpit shadows and frothy crests on waves when you have choppy seas. That's it. Also a lot of things in OZx do not support DX10 mode either, so if your beta testing OZx stuff your better off in DX9 mode Cheers Tim
