dfloth Posted March 23, 2016 Share Posted March 23, 2016 Greetings, After installing several of the NA airports as they become available for P3D (thanks much ORBX)... I've noticed a difference from the same airports in FSX. The ambient sounds (birds especially) are not heard. Acknowledging it does not represent reality, in FSX I'm use to prominently hearing bird sounds on short final and after touch down at 3W5 Concrete and other airports I own. However in P3D these birds and other ambient sounds seem to be missing in comparison to FSX. The exception to this is KORS ORCAS where the sounds are heard only after a departure to the North next to the boat slips. Question... Have others experienced the same differences? Larry Hickerson Posted March 26, 2016 Share Posted March 26, 2016 Hello D-man, I just saw your post and jumped to Parking 6 @ 3W5 with default a36 AC and went to an external view. I am in v3.2. All the birds are chirping. Internal view, all the birds are chirping. I mean a heck of a lot of birds.
