I would like to purchase some of the FTX Global Airports but do they work with the FTX Terrain Region packs or only work with Global Base? I read somewhere that to install them you MUST have Global Base which I have, but I also have the terrain regions which is what I would be using them with. Sorry if I sound confused.. I am ! spud Posted March 21, 2016 Share Posted March 21, 2016 The FTX Global Freeware Airports are airports located outside of the FTX Regions for the most part and can be installed and used with the FTX regions without any problems. As a matter of fact if an ORBX region is released at a later time than when a Global freeware airport was developed the region installer is designed to delete those airports and replace them with the region airport if there are any conflicts. Feel free to use the FTX Global Freeware Airport Pack at will if you have FTX Global as well. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
