I have been trying to download the file from the servers they supply for 3 days but to no avail. I have tried phoning them and using their email contact but I have had no response. They have my money but I don't have the scenery. They don't appear to be interested in servicing their product. Can you offer any assistance please? I'm sorry to hear you are having download issues with SCA. Can you be more specific about what the problem is? Does the download complete or does it time out? Have you tried several different download servers? Are you using a download manager?
