Matthew Haskins
A few people people are getting the same problems with various other products. Your not on your own

Ike
I also have problems with installing PNW. When I try to unzip the file, I get this error message: Alternatively, when I start the installation without unzipping the file, i.e. directly from the zip file, I get a prompt to insert a disc. Triplane
Welcome to the forum(s) Thomas. The problem both you and Ike are having is caused by a corrupted/broken .zip file. The file named OrbxFTXPNW180.8 is bad and won't extract. You'll have to redo the download. I tried a download from the German Server and I, too, got the same corrupted file. The same problem also exists with the Cloud Server. Don't use either one of these. I got a good download that extracts OK from the Global CDN 1 server so you may want to try that one. (If you need a good, free download manager you might want to look at FreeDownloadManager http://www.freedownloadmanager.org/ .) Doug

Ike
Global CDN 1+2 brought the same problems for me, but CDN 3 seems to work. A similar problem arose with NRM as well, by the way.
