active NCA 1.2 Morphing Desert Textures

Just installed NCA 1.2 into P3Dv3.  Flying out of KSVE towards KAHC I find various morphing desert textures.  See pics below:

FTX Central North America Active and recycled:

 

FTX Global on Hybrid mode:

Note the lake is covered by desert textures.

 

All FTX scenery is top in the Scenery Library and latest libs installed.  Can this be corrected?
