wingclip Posted November 5, 2015 Share Posted November 5, 2015 Hi Folks, I have just finished installing the latest 1.30 Vector update, (went smoothly), and I'd like to say that I can't recall the last program I installed from anyone, (other than the FTX), where the developers actually explain a few things about what the installation process will do and why. I think that's pretty good because even though I install quite a few programs in any given month, I still have a little anxiety if the installers do something I didn't expect, or perhaps left me concerned with how I should prepare the computer before I install. There are a few other companies that do explain what will happen in the installation process, but not very many. The FTX software/updates I've installed takes the few extra moments to tell the customer whether they should or shouldn't concern themselves with the other software that may, or may not be affected and that's nice to know.
