jgruschow
Have a look at this link and tell me what's wrong. It's the default MS airfield at Queenstown Tas. This is the only "faulty " one I have found.(So far)
Andrew Schofield
G'day Jack, Not sure why you have that problem for just one airfield. Queenstown looks fine on my system. I also noticed that you seem to have default FSX trees loaded. Forgive me for asking an obvious question, but do you have FTX turned on? Cheers, Andrew
Jay Kae
Odd Jack, mine looks like Andy's as well, not sure what could be the issue with yours, maybe a leftover of some files that you had installed previously?
markwlee
Mine looks like Andy's. Jack, that doesn't look right. Not just the field - look at the Landclass around it, the trees... and where's the road? EDIT1: Jack installed his OrbX folder into Program Files NOT Microsoft Flight Simulator X. Could that be his problem? He's seeing FTX most places but just a few old textures in some spots. EDIT2: Jack fixed his install and problems disappeared. jgruschow
Thanks Mark and JK. Blame it on old age. As Mark said I installed ftx into the Program Files folder instead of into fsx. It worked OK except in a couple of places.
