ebiror
Hi, I can't install FTX Norway! The installation is interrupted and I get the following message: Error: Not enough discspace for the unwrapping process. Space required: 4298070 KB Space available: 3086704 KB Unable to continue. I tried the .vbs trick to make free memory, but it did not work: "FreeMem = Space(32000000)".On my Harddrive I have 129 GB free memory, this should be enough. Something else seems to be wrong. I just installed succesfully Alaska-Canada. Can anyone help me?
NoLonger
Do you have 129 GB free on your system drive or another drive where you may have your sim on? The installer unwraps the needed files in a hidden folder on the system drive before installing everything on your sim drive. It seems to me your system drive has 3086704 KB (around 4 GB) available which isn't enough (you need at least around 4298070 KB (around 4.3 GB). P.S. That .vsb trick has to do with memory, so RAM, and not with hard drive space. P.S. 2 If you indeed just installed Alaska-Canada you might want to empty your Temp folder (if you don't know how to do this: use the Windows Disk Cleanup utility and make sure to enable Temporary files to be removed): the unwrapped files of Alaska-Canada are probably taking up precious space. Removing those should give you just enough space to install Norway.
