Need help with the FSS Store please

Hello,

I just purchased a new hard and reinstalled Windows and FSX, I'm trying to reinstall ALL my FTX products and it's telling me

my activation limit has been exceeded and to contact the store.

When I try to fill out a ticket it gives me this error message        Error: You have provided an invalid security code

I have tried numerous times already and keep getting this message.

Is there a direct email to contact Adrian so I can get this fixed.
