It shows in scenery library in a proper position and FTXCentralv2 says it's active in Global hybrid, Here's a screen of the airport and it looks a lot like vanilla LCEU to me. Forget all of the above - the airport in the screen is another ending in 'vice' but not the one produced by Vlad. Now that I've selected the other one, all's well.
