Hi, I've bought LDSP. Serveral times I tried to download the product the Connection interruted. My Internet connection is ok. central_Frank_Ruetter.log

I've signed up and received a positiv reponse. After that I restistered on Volanta but do'nt receive any convermation info by Mail. I've checked my Spams but nothing. What can I do?
