    Also when you move the wheel... it always forgets where it is. Pops up in a random position.

     

    Flow does not overwrite any camera presets; it is simply a more efficient and powerful UI when compared to the default MS camera panel.

    I purchased Parallel 42 - 42CM scenery for MSFS and noticed that it did not install correctly. 

    I did not install it directly to MSFS, but into my remote library where I have many other sceneries that work just fine.

    Upon investigation, it seems that the actual required scenery folder was within another folder not allowing the symbolic link to function. 

    I was able to manually fix the issue but thought I would bring it to your attention.

  3. Just an update to this as I think lots seems to have been lost in choice of words.

     

    We absolutely offer support, however as nick indicated, the new product was not listed in our portal just due to a very elaborate launch process (but there is always an FS2020 catchall)

     

    Your specific ticket was responded to on a Sunday afternoon (outside of business hours for us) within 5min of it's original submission and consequent replies in under 3m.

     

    The result of that interaction is that we are awaiting more information useful for further diagnostics. I'll post that interaction here so that we can consider this web post up to date and continue with diagnostics via the more appropriate venue in our ticketing system.
