In my case I had to copy the RASDuke_Sound file into the following directory: c:\RealAir\Duke B60 V2\SimObjects\Airplanes\RealAir Duke B60 V2\panel.
Make sure that the entries in the RASDuke_Sound.ini file in the sound (sub)directory are as they should be. In my case the path to the *.wav files were wrong. I had to fix them. The correct entries for the 239 sound files are:
