    Download and Install the base sim first - then the premium - this should give you the very latest Install - 1.22.2.0

    When you start up the sim - the first page will show 5 panels - and inthe left hand top of screen you will see - "Profile"

    Click on the word and you will see some more boxes - click on "Content Manager" 

    in the left column - tick "not Installed" and this will list all that you need to complete the sim

    select them all and look to the top right and see and tick "Select all"  The Australian update should be there and probably all the earlier

    6 World updates

    you will need to install all these plus whatever else is listed and then you will have complete sim
