It worked just fine after reinstalling Orbx central, now the download of Orbx library files has been stuck for 3 hours

Hello, so a new scenery file was created the old is off but am still getting the same error, i cant even sync the sim

Does that mean i will lose all my other scenery installed?

So i just installed Orbx central and i cant install anything, it saying it cant find or missing scenery.cfg Am using FSX SE, i cant even sync the Orbx with the sim please help
