active Installed Dubai Scenery Freezes at ~60%

I installed the Dubai Scenery via the marketplace, and when I set the departure point to IE: Burj Khalifa, it just freezes at 60%. No crash, just a hard freeze. Does anyone else have this problem and is there a way to fix it?
