    Hi , By commenting all ANIM_hide / ANIM_show blocks having "ANIM_show 0 0 sim/weather/runway_friction" (dry weather) , I have no fps drop at all !

    Hi , For those encountering fps drop on the EGLC runway , try to comment ANIM_hide and ANIM_show in file PBE_EGLC_GP_SOIL01.obj (ANIM_begin and ANIM_end commands can be commented too, thought I found not necessary) ANIM_begin #ANIM_hide 1 2 sim/weather/runway_friction #ANIM_show 0 0 sim/weather/runway_friction ATTR_hard grass TRIS 0 2916 ANIM_end But be aware that switching between the dry texture used by PBE_EGLC_GP_SOIL01.obj and the wet texture used by PBE_EGLC_GP_SOIL01WET.obj will not work anymore
