    Post Edit: City Scene Charleston does not show up for P3D v5.x  I hope Orbx will be updating this title to also be able to be run in P3D v5.x  sooner than later.

    I have a lot of TrueEarth - all the Uk of course. And Florida.. and California.. hah. But these days I try and spend the hard cash on actual flying planes rather than spending on sim stuff.. saying that my Orbx Direct is broken and had an open support ticket.. won’t let me physically buy anything.. singly or multiple.. so I have to use website.

    Post Edit:  David, under GLOBAL titles, I have everything...running,  Global Base, all Land Class, HD Flora, HD Buildings, Every Region,  well, all of it,  and I feel to the other readers, that should be sort of a disclaimer...as I'm sure you have all of the 'Base' covered and installed to produce this view below the wings.... :)

    yes pretty much all the base stuff except Vectors which is deactivated. I don’t have everything at max though and I certainly have dynamically generated buildings turned off

    5.2 makes Orbx looks absolutely STUNNING. Cruising south from Perth using Orbx Aus v2 (also Envshade)

     

    3.2gb vram, all high settings 48fps absolutely no trouble

    Vectors is the reason your load times are so long. As discussed elsewhere in the forum.

     

    It basically tries re-indexing the World every day when Vectors is installed.

     

    With P5.2 it just isn’t worth it.

    I realise that it’s not in the Orbx Central app, but we are absolutely loving the new partner Auscene MSFS freeware for Aldinga, South Australia. 

     

    I think it’s my son’s favourite airport add-on full stop.

    Development update on openLC Asia

    I remember my flight around the world back in UK Lockdown 1 - FSX. All those memory crashes! Anyway Asia was a BIG part of that rtw trip.. 
     

    Highlights included New Dehli,  coming in over -Himalayas to Bagdogra Darjeeling.. then onto Rangoon,

    over the jungle mountains and then Hanoi before skirting the coast to busy Hong Kong and bad storms into Shanghai.

     

    The fact that I spent so much time just getting the various airports and meshes to work means I am readily licking my lips at the thought of these places in OpenLC Prepar3d 5.1

    Compatibility of Orbx Landmarks London City Pack with Microsoft World Update: United Kingdom

    the UK World Update is a mess - my high end pc just keeps crashing to desktop in Flight Simulator (was fine before the update) and everywhere cathedrals and other significant landmarks remain missing. The buildings around Greenwich even on the loading screen aren’t even close to being as accurate as Orbx or Google Earth - the Isle of Dogs south of Canary Wharf (a very urban area) is now a forest of mis-sized trees!

     

    Please Orbx - release a TrueEarth England pack so we can actually get something worth using in MsFS
