ACTIVE Installation problem (error messge : Setup can not create the following folder : \Effects )

Hi guys 

I am a new member since today. I am here because I have a very big problem with the installation of Ftx Orbx Global. The installation start normally (unwrapping works fine) and then I have to create a backup folder for the textures. It works fine too. Then the installation start but there is an error message : 

"Setup can not create the following folder : \Effects" 

What is the solution for this problem ? What can I do ?
