asmiffy
Installed the FTX Sumburgh Airport scenery tonight, and there are patches of the runway that appear a different colour. When taking off or landing on these patches, dirt can be seen being kicked up from the tyres (much as on a dirt runway) and the aircraft bounces all over. Screenshots hopefully show the problem! asmiffy
Also had an issue with land appearing in the water everywhere in eu region after installation, but managed to fix that issue by resyncing FTX in FTX Central. However it did not sort the issue of dirt on the runways.
asmiffy
As it's been nearly a month, I'm assuming no one has a clue whats causing this!
asmiffy
Glad to see we get some support after spending hundreds of pounds with Orbx. Really not impressed guys!
jabble
Hiya, First things to check - Have you installed the latest Orbxlibs last of all? Have you set an insertion point in FTXCentral->Setting->Tools so as to keep the FTX block above the Global block? Have you set your mesh to 5 metres? Have you run the Vector Configurator to set the Airport Elevation Corrections?
toplip
Hi, Just purchased Sumburgh, only to find a similar problem. Tried all the sliders in different positions, the mesh resolution slider at its furthest right helped, but did not solve it. Eventually I tried moving the airport up the scenery library, and it solved the problem, mind you, I had to put it right at the top.
