ACTIVE Errors when trying to download scotland and wales

Hi ALL

I am having the same problem when the last two of my downloads scotland order ref 378203 and

wales order ref  219605

i am getting the same message below i have used a downloader ( get right) and have also tried to the direct route to the url via flightstore web site

any help , i have read the guide quoted on the scotland posting btw
