Just purchased gtx global yesterday and have immediate fps drop with followings guide recommendations for display settings. Running fsx with Steve dx10 fixer I5 4670k oc to 4.5 ghz Gtx 970 16gb ram Windows 8.1 Followed nvidia inspector settings and fsx.cfg tweaks from the guides on avsim. Am I missing something? I get why they'd drop on extreme dense autogen but I'd think my system could handle ftx global dense autogen and extremely dense scenery complexity at KPDK for example. I could handle everything maxed out prior to installing global yesterday. I really like how fsx looks with this installed. Please help me get to smooth 30fps with global. I've tried knocking down the autogen to normal and no help when. Tried taking buffer pools and affinity mask out of fsx.cfg and no help. Not sure what else I can do. Thanks!
