ACTIVE FTX Central dialog box when changing regions or going back to FTX global

i get dialog box pop up 

 

renameUniqueFiles:Could not complete operation since a file already exists in this path

 

'C:\FSX\Scenery\World\scenery\ADE_FTX_FTXG_67L_elevation_adjustment.OFF

 

Things still seem to work  but I have been having lots of elevation airport issues with NCA region.

 

 

What do you think is making this dialog box keep poping up

that happened to me it has to do with conflicting bgl on and off entries existing simultaneously existing in the scenery library ... I deleted the off version and error message stopped
