I am having some issues with my account at flight sim store , basically, forgot my password and when I use the "lost password" button, I get no email...... So, I cant access my account to download and install my purchases of REX & Orbx. I have brought some new scenery under a new account and sent two tickets to support to help and requested to merge my accounts, but have heard nothing. Do you have any suction with them to sort my problem out for me, as its getting a bit frustrating not having any response, especially having spent hundreds of dollars on product........
