Mark Marziale
I see from the Definitive Guide: While the installers will automatically place the scenery where it needs to go, and therefore the install order is not important, for those users who wish to follow a "standardized flow", this is a good order to install FTX products: FTX Global Base PackFTX Global VectorFTX Global OpenLCTerrain MeshFTX Full Region PacksFTX Custom Scenery (Including Airports)FTX Freeware This surprised me, because I've always thought Terrain Mesh was the first thing to install. That's why I installed FSGenesis mesh before installing anything FTX (and before getting the Definitive Guide). Perhaps this standardized flow only applies to FTX products? So far I've installed FSGenesis & its US landclass Australia Region (at this point I hadn't owned FTX Global Base, Vector or openLC) Global Base Global Vector And intend to install: Global openLC Europe UTX - maybe. Only for the landclass not covered by OpenLC Europe. Other FTX airports & third part airports, photorealistic scenery and such. I have 3 questions: Should I uninstall FSGenesis & its US landclass and reinstall after installing Global openLC? Is installing UTX not such a hot idea? Perhaps this standardized flow only applies to FTX products? Thanks, Mark M.
