 It seems to me wrong that the England FTX scenery be snowy when temperature is above 5° Celsius using Rex Essential +.

Snow isn't called based on temperature, FSX simply references a look up file to determine if snowed should be displayed in a given month. So for the winter months it's not uncommon to have too warm a day for the snow displayed.
