Demious
After running FTX Global/Vector for a while, I've started building on American regions and I've got a question about the patch updates. Since I bought my region packages recently, I'd imagine that some updates already might be implemented into the latest installers, at least, I noticed that some patches are FSX/P3Dv1 only, so that's clear they wont work for me, since I'm using triple installers with P3Dv2, but I cant really figure out how I can see which updates are already included in my versions of the software and which I still need to install. Can someone please explain to me how I can see which patch updates I should install?
Museumkeeper
Hi Demious Go to FTX Central/Tools/Reports/FTX Products Installed and you will see what version of the software you have installed. Then log on to https://www.fullterrain.com/and scroll down to the product you are checking, click the icon and then scroll down again and any update patches should be shown there. If the patch says v1.20 and your copy is v1.10 then obviously you need to patch. If the version you have installed is the same as the patch ie:- v1.20 then you have the latest version and do not need to patch. One further check to make sure you have the latest version of your software. Go to https://www.fullterrain.com/and Forums/Release Announcements where all patch and new software releases are announced and check there to see if a patch has just been released that has not yet been added to the products page. Kind regards Ian
