ACTIVE Texture problem - Plague - Dark spots

Hi Guys,

 

I have a rather odd problem with some ground textures around MBPV Caicos & St Baarts and the surrounding islands. Below are some pictures showing the dark spots, they are not completely Black so I don't think there is something missing, they don't seem to be dark lakes or water. These spots are distributed throughout the Islands in this part of the world. Could someone please take a look to see if these textures are normal, or if I have some corruption somewhere or some kind of spotty black plague.

• FSX - Checked with FTXGlobal  Only Hybrid Off.
  
• FSX - Checked with FTXGlobal  & Hybrid On. (same results - Dark spots)
