robespierre
For the information of the ORBX Ireland developers; Running FSX/ATC-Central/Europe-Ireland region.ATC always directs to R28 and hold short.Follow this procedure and one is left just waiting and waiting for ATC clearance. Use default and the ATC gives clearance.I have noticed that the hold-short markings in default are some feet in front of those in region mode. Also,in region mode if one taxis beyond the hold short and right up to the runway to cross to 28 then ATC is activated and clearance given. You may want to test this out yourself and if it is not just me then consider a remedy in any future patch.

robespierre
Cheers. I take it from that there will not be a patch. It took me countless hours to discover the 'move beyond the hold short trick'.

Edward Boyte
Hello, Patch available here: http://www.orbxsystems.com/forum/topic/70386-ireland-eidw-rwy28/?p=770714
robespierre
Thanks for that. However,it is a bgl file and Windows can't open it.My searches on the web for an opener have shown numerous downloads but all contain the hidden add-ons such as bespoke toolbars or just look plain dodgy. Any ideas for where to go to get a bgl file opener plain and simple.
Edward Boyte
If you want to modify them then share the files with other people then that's against the EULA. However you can look at the ADE.bgl file with ADE. http://www.scruffyduck.org/
