Ken Keen
I installed scenery for 4 airports purchased from flightsimstore.com, EGTH, EGKA, EGSG, EGHR. the EGTH scenery appears corrupted with spikes and trenches and the aircraft floats above the runway. I went to the support pages and downloaded updates to ensure I had the latest version of everything. I had FTX Central 1.0 installed (September 2012) I installed the 1.10 upgrade and got the a 'no key' problem. I tried rebooting to make sure any registry updates were applied and it did nothing. Applying the 1.2 patch didn't help either. The error log I am seeing is pasted below. This appears each time I start FTX Central. See the end of this message for details on invoking just-in-time (JIT) debugging instead of this dialog box. ************** Exception Text ************** System.NullReferenceException: Object reference not set to an instance of an object. at FTXCentral.FTXC.DisplayRegionList() at FTXCentral.FTXC.InitAll() at FTXCentral.FTXC.Timer1_Tick(Object sender, EventArgs e) at System.Windows.Forms.Timer.OnTick(EventArgs e) at System.Windows.Forms.Timer.TimerNativeWindow.WndProc(Message& m) at System.Windows.Forms.NativeWindow.Callback(IntPtr hWnd, Int32 msg, IntPtr wparam, IntPtr lparam) ************** Loaded Assemblies ************** mscorlib Assembly Version: 2.0.0.0 Win32 Version: 2.0.50727.5477 (Win7SP1GDR.050727-5400) ---------------------------------------- FTXCentral Assembly Version: 1.0.4.3 Win32 Version: 1.0.4.3 ---------------------------------------- Microsoft.VisualBasic Assembly Version: 8.0.0.0 Win32 Version: 8.0.50727.5420 (Win7SP1.050727-5400) ---------------------------------------- System.Windows.Forms Assembly Version: 2.0.0.0 Win32 Version: 2.0.50727.5468 (Win7SP1GDR.050727-5400) ---------------------------------------- System Assembly Version: 2.0.0.0 Win32 Version: 2.0.50727.5467 (Win7SP1GDR.050727-5400) ---------------------------------------- System.Drawing Assembly Version: 2.0.0.0 Win32 Version: 2.0.50727.5467 (Win7SP1GDR.050727-5400) ---------------------------------------- System.Runtime.Remoting Assembly Version: 2.0.0.0 Win32 Version: 2.0.50727.5483 (Win7SP1GDR.050727-5400) ---------------------------------------- System.Configuration Assembly Version: 2.0.0.0 Win32 Version: 2.0.50727.5476 (Win7SP1GDR.050727-5400) ---------------------------------------- System.Xml Assembly Version: 2.0.0.0 Win32 Version: 2.0.50727.5476 (Win7SP1GDR.050727-5400) ---------------------------------------- kppkmuuu Assembly Version: 1.0.4.3 Win32 Version: 2.0.50727.5467 (Win7SP1GDR.050727-5400) ---------------------------------------- System.Core Assembly Version: 3.5.0.0 Win32 Version: 3.5.30729.5420 built by: Win7SP1 ---------------------------------------- upcnpb_4 Assembly Version: 1.0.4.3 Win32 Version: 2.0.50727.5467 (Win7SP1GDR.050727-5400) ---------------------------------------- ************** JIT Debugging ************** To enable just-in-time (JIT) debugging, the .config file for this application or computer (machine.config) must have the jitDebugging value set in the system.windows.forms section. It has changed the corruption to EGTH but not resolved it.
Ken Keen
Is there any chance someone from Orbx can reply to this and either suggest how I fix the scenery or how I uninstall the scenery from FSX? I have recently seen some posts of similar problems suggesting installing FSUIPC which I have done but it has made no difference.
Guest
Hi, Don't forget to install the latest ORBXlibs and cycle mode into FTX Central. Let us know if that's done and solves your issue.
