Problems with EGTH corrupted scenery

Recommended Posts

I installed scenery for 4 airports purchased from flightsimstore.com, EGTH, EGKA, EGSG, EGHR. the EGTH scenery appears corrupted with spikes and trenches and the aircraft floats above the runway.

I went to the support pages and downloaded updates to ensure I had the latest version of everything.

I had FTX Central 1.0 installed (September 2012) I installed the 1.10 upgrade and got the a 'no key' problem. I tried rebooting to make sure any registry updates were applied and it did nothing.  Applying the 1.2 patch didn't help either.  The error log I am seeing is pasted below. This appears each time I start FTX Central.

See the end of this message for details on invoking

just-in-time (JIT) debugging instead of this dialog box.

************** JIT Debugging **************

To enable just-in-time (JIT) debugging, the .config file for this

application or computer (machine.config) must have the

jitDebugging value set in the system.windows.forms section.

The application must also be compiled with debugging

enabled.

For example:

<configuration>

    <system.windows.forms jitDebugging="true" />

</configuration>

When JIT debugging is enabled, any unhandled exception

will be sent to the JIT debugger registered on the computer

rather than be handled by this dialog box.

It has changed the corruption to EGTH but not resolved it.

Is there any chance someone from Orbx can reply to this and either suggest how I fix the scenery or how I uninstall the scenery from FSX? I have recently seen some posts of similar problems suggesting installing FSUIPC which I have done but it has made no difference.
