RESOLVED FTX Central error after trying to update

I get the following error when trying to run  FTXCentral after I tried to update to 1.10:

jitDebugging value set in the system.windows.forms section.

The application must also be compiled with debugging

enabled.

Have you installed the latest .NET Framework?

I figured it out..installed an update without the base package. My mistake...you can close this as resolved.
