wayde
After I installed FTX: NA Gold USA Northern CaliforniaI'm getting black boxes all over the map. When I go back to the default in FTX Central it's all fine. It was working fine before the upgrade. Please help me fix this, it looks great! Here's a snap shot. Alex Goff
Are you using FSX in DX10 preview mode without the DX10 Fixer Tool?
wayde
I was able to fix this by setting the FSX setting to the recommend ones in the user guide. Hope this helps other ;-)

Alex Goff
FSX uses either DX9 (default) or DX10 preview mode if selected in the simulator. If DX10 is selected, a number of items in FSX can end up broken, the current solution is a tool created by an independent developer called DX10 Scenery Fixer. Just something to remember should you ever wish to return to DX10 preview mode. Regards, Alex
