ACTIVE EGHP Popham - white grass?

I have something odd showing up at EGHP Popham: what appears to be long white grass:

 

 

As you can see, it is all along both runways::

 

 

My first thought was that it might be a winter texture, but I've loaded up a flight set for midsummer and seen the same thing.

 

Any help to fix this would be appreciated.  I am running FSX Acceleration, DX9 mode, with FTX:Global and FTX:EU England.  The latest ORBXlibs package is also installed (140302).  Thanks.
