ACTIVE Question about FSX ......"options/settings/controls" please help

Hello,

 

Within FSX there is an opton to setup settings for buttons and keys see below:

 

"options settngs control buttons/keys"

 

On many of the event settigs there are scroll bars....can anybody tell me what the 3 different levals of the scroll bar means?
